## Regulation 15 ### Forms of certificates and records of equipment* * Refer to Guidance on the timing of replacement of existing certificates by the certificates issued after the entry into force of amendments to certificates in IMO instruments (MSC-MEPC.5/Circ.6) The certificates and records of equipment shall be drawn up in the form corresponding to the models given in the appendix to the Annex to the present Convention. If the language used is neither English nor French, the text shall include a translation into one of these languages.*
