Purpose: This volume compiles Directorate General of Shipping training orders and circulars that maritime training institutes and students must follow for course approvals, CoP issuance during COVID-19, CIP inspections, faculty rules, GMDSS ROC guidelines, and Digital Certification Application payments.
Students and institutes should follow the applicable DGS Order or Training Circular for eligibility, approvals, inspection fees, and certification procedures.
